Running will help you to stay in shape, and it will also help you to feel great. If you haven’t run before, and you don’t feel up to it, don’t despair, because there’s always hope. First of all, make an appointment at your doctor for a complete medical check-up. After that, you can start slow, and gradually ease yourself into the exhilarating process of running. Step by awesome step. It’s not that difficult !

When it comes to running, don’t try to do too much too soon. Rome wasn’t built in a day! Build up to it slowly and steadily. After a warming up session, try running three kilometers everyday for more or less three weeks, and after that, try running five kilometers everyday for more or less three weeks, and so on. It’s not easy, but if you persevere, you will most definitely reap the great benefits, and you may even find to your surprise that you enjoy running.
