1) DON'T WAIT FOR THE RIGHT TIME OR THE RIGHT MOOD:

It's time to make this happen for yourself by trying something you have never accomplished before. Go for a challenge- learn a language, an instrument or a new sport. This opens your mind to new possibilities and enhances your creativity.

Picking up a book makes use of your brain, because you are forced to think, reason, calculate and imagine, all of which stimulate and 'light up' the brain.
