Scoobys Workshop Review

Updated on October 28, 2014

Once in a while, you'll come across a genuinely helpful and humorous site on the internet that serves the purpose of giving you excellent, unbiased information without charging you for the pleasure. Scoobys Workshop is one such site, but what is it that makes it so special?

It serves numerous purposes, depending on what you're wanting to do with your body. Supposing you're not into weight training and just want good, clean information on cardiovascular health and fitness then the site is of use to you. Similarly, if you're wanting information on both cardio health and also weight lifting, the site specialising in bodybuilding, so you'll have no problem finding all the information that you need.

Scooby has taken the time out of his job to provide numerous workout plans for beginner, intermediate and advance bodybuilders. To supplement this, he's also written countless pages on the different ways you can work out your body, as well as providing information on what to do when your muscle gains become stagnant.

As we all know though, reading a lot of text on a subject that we're new to can be a bit tedious. This is where Scooby excels for each exercise and topic on his site, he has also made a video to accompany it. The thing with these videos is that not only are they helpful, but he adds a lot of humour to it. Also, whilst he shows you how to lift weights properly, he shows you how not to do it, otherwise known as bad form. I find that this is extremely helpful, since following the correct procedure seriously reduces the chance of suffering from an injury.

This is really just the tip of the iceberg about how great his site. I would suggest that if you're into fitness, you head to his free site listed above. You won't regret it.

I've included some equipment below that you'll need when wanting to start out a workout plan.
