You Can Have A Great Sex Health

Updated on August 17, 2010

Statistics show that more than 75% of males throughout the world have suffered premature ejaculation at least once in their lives. More than 30% have this problem constantly. Because of this problem, they have a guilty feeling and some people avoid having sexual relationship with their partners, fearing this.

The problem is that when people start fearing premature ejaculation, the situation is likely to worsen. It is a known fact that this problem has led to separation in the lives of many married couples..

But, there is a good news for these men. Premature ejaculation can be set right. There are some practical methods for this.

The first step you should take is to do a serious study of the food you take. Your diet plays a major role in maintaining a good sex health. It is not that you should reduce your weight or lose your fat. Some of the foods that you consume may have certain extra hormones that can disturb your balance. Especially, if you consume more of processed foods, in the longer run, you may be affected by premature ejaculation. Processed foods contain chemical preservatives that are harmful to your health. They are said to contain hormones that may cause this problem. Therefore, you should completely avoid taking processed foods.

You must also reduce taking more of meat because this may also contain such hormones that may have a debilitating effect on your sex health. Most of us have a misconception that meat gives us very good strength and hence our sex health will get enhanced. This is far from truth. Of course, you get a good amount of proteins from meat but when you consider the harmful hormones that enter your body through this meat, taking more of meat is not advisable. You must remember that your sex health does not depend upon whether you are a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian.

To get rid of premature ejaculation, you can have a frank discussion with your partner and try suitable treatments. But this is possible only if you enjoy such a comfort level with your partner. Since your partner will be concerned about your welfare, she will understand the situation and cooperate with you during your treatment. You should adopt a patient approach and only patience and perseverance will yield results.

You have various exercises that may help you to overcome this problem. Yoga, breathing exercises and meditation are sure to improve your sex health.

You should stop smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages if you want to succeed in overcoming this problem. Tobacco and alcohol are major enemies that will wreck a havoc on your sex health.

Last but not the least, you should stay positive and adopt the above steps. You are sure to overcome this problem soon and lead a happy life with your partner.
