Food is how we get our nutrients that our body needs, and if you feed yourself junk it's not going to help. Here are some foods you can add do your daily life.

Your pee should be a pale yellow to clear color if you're properly hydrated.
  2. Leafy Greens-Broccoli, bok choy, kale, spinach- Leafy greens have a lot of fiber and antioxidants, try to avoid iceberg lettuce, for it actually doesn't have many nutrients except for a little fiber
  3. Olive oil-Use this with any cooking or your leafy green salad! This is one of the healthiest oils you can use. Not only does it not have saturated fats, but it also contains strong antioxidants

What you eat is not the only factor of healthy eating, but how you eat also contributes to your eating lifestyle. The human digestive system works bests when you're body is not under stress or in a hurry. The best way to eat it to take some time, relax, and enjoy a quality meal with friends or family.

Get A Healthy Sleep Schedule

As you know most adults should get 7-10 hours of sleep. However the amount of sleep you get is not the only important thing. Your body likes predictability, and a regular sleep schedule does wonders for you. Sleeping about the same amount at the same time every day can help your physical and mental body recover. Going to bed and waking up at the same time everyday, including weekends, will result in much more refreshing sleep that will give you the energy you need for the day.

Sometimes just forget about any problems you may have and relax with people you're close to. Also find new hobbies. Hobbies are fun, can reduce stress, and allow you to meet new people. You may find something you love. Another thing you should do regularly is bring music into your life. Pop and rock music are always great, but once in a while expand your horizon with some classical music or native flute music. This kind of music is great for relaxing or increasing the flow of your creativity.

Family and friends are a big part of a person's life. Always make time for them, for are the ones who will help you and give you support. Lunch with a group of people close to you is a unique experience and different every time, while you can finish your work or that movie later.
