You don't need gym equitment to lose weight

The first thought most people make when they want to lose weight is usually they need to go the gym. Many people spend so much time at the gym and still don’t see results. Not only is exercising important, but you can eat unhealthy and work hard with no results. Simply because if you eat junk, you will not lose weight. I don’t know about you, but being a busy mom I just don’t have the time to spend nearly everyday of the week at the gym for hours. I have successful lost weight without even walking foot inside a gym. You CAN lose weight and skip the gym.

Are you wondering how are you going to lose weight without the gym? The answer is work out videos! I know this seems pretty old school, but it works! I successfully lost 40 pounds doing this. Jillian Michaels videos are amazing. Not only does she motivate you but also they get those pounds off so fast. All you need is 20 minutes a day and you can see results 10 times faster than wasting hours at the gym.

Forget the gym and take 20 minutes out of your day and stop the excuses. How can you make an excuse when all you need is just 20 minutes? You don’t need a house gym to stay home and lose weight. Use your own body and just a set of hand weights. Trust me when I say, this truly works and you will feel so good about yourself. When your friends asked you how you did it, they will be shocked! Just remember when you are exercising, any amount of exercise can be ruined by unhealthy eating.

Spot on Jessica. Running is definitely a great exercise to use to shift pounds you've just got to get started right and then run regularly.
