this may help you get some sleep
indoor water fountains
Good morning everyone, I hope you all had a wonderful and restful nights sleep, This is what I wanted to talk about today. I know how hard it is when you toss and turn all night. You keep looking at the clock and it's getting later and later and you can't sleep.
After my first surgery I could not sleep to save my life. Now trying to heal requires sleep and this would stress me out even more because I just could not sleep. I think it may have had something to do with the fact that before my surgery I slept at least 20 hours a day. I couldn't stay awake I was out at the drop of a hat. But now sleep would not come.
Well a friend gave me one of those waterfalls with the rocks you know and the water. I put it in my bedroom and one night I just turned it on to listen to the water hit the rocks. Well believe it or not next thing I knew it was morning and I had slept through the night. And a restful sleep at that.
I guess the sound of the water hitting the rocks relaxed me so much that I just passed out. I felt so refreshed and so awake and alert, which had become a problem because of the lack of sleep. So I used it until I no longer needed it and it always put me to sleep. It was like sleeping out by a flowing river when you're camping out and it was relaxing.
So before you take those meds. I don't much care for meds you see I have to take quite a few for my tumor problems. Go out and by an inexpensive indoor water fountain, plug it in and lay on your bed, close you eyes and listen. It's amazing that the simplest thing could help me with my sleep problems. Well lack of sleep I should say.
I still have my fountain just in case but so far it's all been good. So give it a try and hopefully it will help you as it did me..
