There are a lot of obese men and women, who work for their life. They often don’t get time for the gym because of their busy schedule and sometimes because of their laziness. It is true, and you also know that so why don’t you try something bizarre for weight loss? Of course, much bizarre weight loss tricks actually work. People may say that you are crazy, but you will get what you were trying for.

Is it possible to reduce the weight just by sniffing foods? You may find it strange, but experts say that it is possible. It was found in studies that as much you smell the meals that the less you feel hunger. It is a kind of phantasm that you do with your brain. Whenever you sniff foods, your brain tricks you are consuming it. Consequently, you feel less hunger and get positive weight loss results.

You will truly find it crazy because our elders have taught us that God helps only to those people, who do the hard work. By the way, things are little different because studies show that weight loss is possible if you pray whole-heartedly. Collecting mails from the mailbox of your house is quite an easy task, but you can make it challenging and beneficial for you. Thus, you can also reduce a significant amount of extra weight of your body.

There are many fast-food restaurants, which color their walls with blue color. You may think it is an eye-catching color, but there is a very deep reason behind it. The blue color is called appetite suppressant color. It means you can control your hunger and eat less if you are surrounded by blue walls. Choose this color for your home and office also and you will get positive results in terms of weight loss.

If you are not on the middle chairs, you will eat less and be healthy.

Tie a ribbon on your tummy

There are many French ladies, who tie a ribbon around their tummy before having a meal. They do it to know their limit of eating food. You should also try it to avoid overeating because when the ribbon gets tighter, you will know that now you have done. Thus, you can prevent yourself effectively from overeating.
