Sugar is becoming a problem for a lot of people. Many have learned that to much sugar is a bad thing and parents are now growing concerned for their children. Well I know that the temptation is everywhere but there are ways to escape its grasp. I will be giving five steps in which your child can begin decreasing sugar out of their diet and eventually no longer have their sugar cravings.

For a meal or snack give your child a bowl of nutritious fruit and this should keep them satisfied..

Let the kids play to fight against sugar cravings. Many people use extensive activities to distract themselves from sugar cravings. If your child is kept busy, the thought of sugary snacks often fades. It is extremely important to keep them active.
