Thank you: Going a Long Way

Being grateful for the things you already have helps you attract more of those things, and more of the things you want in life.

You have heard the saying "When it rains, it pours" I am sure. I believe it applies perfectly to both bad and good things. You wake up in the morning, and you stub your toe. You spill your coffee and have to change your outfit. You're late to work because you had to change and got caught in traffic, you have a bad day. We have all been there.

Conversely, you wake up with a song in your head, sing while you're getting ready, and get out the door 10 minutes early. You get to work in a great mood, have a productive day, and your boss says what a great job you have been doing. You're up for a promotion, you have dinner with friends and go to bed happy. We have all had those days too.

And why do you think that is?

It's because you attract what you are thinking about!


Bring in the Gratitude!

How do you bring more gratitude into your life (thereby attracting EVEN MORE of what you want)?

I suggest a gratitude list to my clients. It's important to know what you are happy about and what you already have to further your life development but also for your own well being.

Here is how you do it:

Each day, through out the day, make a list of at least TEN things you are grateful for. They can be things that have happened throughout the day, things that pop into your head, things like air becase you need it to breath so on. Your only requirements are to write that you are grateful for X because of X. Including the reason for the gratitude is just as important as the item on the list itself. Then at the end of each day, re-read the list and feel grateful.

You will find things starting to happen for you simply because you are happier! So let some gratitude in, and let your life change for the better!
