The 411 On Eating Low Carb

Did you know that the amount of sugar and carbohydrates you take in on a daily basis is the cause of you being fat. I know you have heard of all types of diets out on the market today, and some of you have even spent a numerous amount of money on these programs.

The first important thing you need to know is that your body stores fat, depending on how much carbohydrates you take in will determine how much fat is being stored. You also need to know that carbohydrates is needed for energy, and once your body has used some of it for energy, the rest is stored as fat. It is important to have a diet low in carbohydrates; yes this means looking at your labels to see how many carbohydrates is in a certain food. If you limit your carb intake to in between 80 to 100 a day, you will see that you will lose the weight you have been trying to lose.

If you eat 3 meals a day don’t go over 32 carbs per meal. If you are a person that eats 5 to 6 small meals a day, don’t go over the 100 carbs in a day. You have to do a complete kitchen make-over, which means cleaning out your cupboards of white flour, white pasta’s, and white refined sugar, instead, you need to use a substitute sugar such as splenda, get rid of all sodas unless it’s diet, but remember consuming a lot of diet soda’s is not good for you either, get used to drinking a lot of water at least 64 ounces a day. You must cut out breads, but if you have to have bread only have one slice and remember whatever carbs it has, it counts toward your 32 carbs that you are suppose to have per meal.

This is the 411 on eating low carbs, and while doing it the low carb way, don’t forget to incorporate exercise into your daily schedule. If you take in this bit of information, you will see that the weight will come off.
