If you eat 3 meals a day don’t go over 32 carbs per meal. If you are a person that eats 5 to 6 small meals a day, don’t go over the 100 carbs in a day. You have to do a complete kitchen make-over, which means cleaning out your cupboards of white flour, white pasta’s, and white refined sugar, instead, you need to use a substitute sugar such as splenda, get rid of all sodas unless it’s diet, but remember consuming a lot of diet soda’s is not good for you either, get used to drinking a lot of water at least 64 ounces a day. You must cut out breads, but if you have to have bread only have one slice and remember whatever carbs it has, it counts toward your 32 carbs that you are suppose to have per meal.
