The whole time I was reading this, I wanted to get into a hot tub. The benefits are numerous. I haven't been in my hot tub for a long time, but you are right; it does help me get to sleep faster. It was interesting to read about the benefits for other things, as well, such as diabetes, arthritis pain, and headaches. Excellent hub!
