Updated on May 29, 2020

I am not a doctor but I have a view point on Coronavirus (Covid - 19). Let's be positive, fearless and win over this virus together.

Has Coronavirus changed your life? Yes, perhaps to an extent that you have added masks, sanitizers, reduced social gatherings and doubled hand washing in your life. However, for some, unfortunately, it has changed the living completely.

Circumstances are so difficult for affected people that they are not even able to stay with their families. Many of them are living at a lonely or a distant place, where the unaffected world is unable to reach. Never did they think that their life will become like a Hollywood movie, where they are stuck on a lonely planet and the virus is being treated. And to add to their woes, there is no Hollywood star or a superhero yet, who has taken a pledge to save them or the entire world from the virus.

This is not just another article to raise caution against the Coronavirus, but this tries to evoke a superhero in each one of us so that we can all help the people who are going through this serious situation.

You will be wondering why I am asking you to help people when it is a known fact that Coronavirus (COVID 19) is an infectious disease and is spreading like fire. Let me assure you that I am not going to ask you to help Coronavirus patients physically. However, I would ask you to do a few simple things sitting at your home or office, which will surely help them.

Stop Spreading Fear

This is my first request to you all, let’s stop spreading the fear further! Yes, you read it right, we are unintentionally spreading fear by forwarding or sharing posts on social media or by spreading rumors. I just want to request the world here to be wise in sharing and forwarding, as it is creating fear and unnecessary adding to social pressure for the affected people. I understand that there will be some genuine information that you would like to share with your friends and family, considering we want them safe. However, there would be many posts/information/messages where you would be confused to share it further or not. These shares can be avoided. If you still wish to share them, please get them completely verified and validated before sharing.

Rumors and wrong information have created a lot of fear in different parts of the world. Let’s not allow this fear to prevail anymore, as this could lead to additional problems for the world in the given situation. I feel that our world has great strength to deal with this virus and being positive and fearless will add to the strength.

So, when you see another message related to Coronavirus again, think, and go through the details. Assess, if it will spread correct information or will it spread fear. Let's provide the best possible support to the affected individuals and let's not further spread fear for their families or the unaffected world. Spread the messages only to accumulate strength and to kill fear completely.

You can help the patients from your home /office – Know how?

We are reading, watching the news to stay updated on Coronavirus (Covid-19). However, being updated and fearful will not help. Rather, you should put the best possible effort to pray for the patients and donate generously for Coronavirus medical support. There are links available for donation on Google. Please search for the right links and donate, for whatever amount you are comfortable with.

If you believe in God, you can do your religious prayer, or you can visualize that the world has already overcome Coronavirus. Visualization is a strong practice that has the power to ask anything from the Universe.

Every religion suggests that you should help and share with the needy if you are blessed with the power to share. In this situation, people need our prayers and medical support to win. History proofs that living beings have gone through various difficult phases and have come out of it strong. So let us make this Coronavirus a history quickly and let’s win over it with lots of prayers and donating generously.

Do you think Coronavirus is a business opportunity? Think again!

If you have a business of selling masks, sanitizers, disinfectants, soaps, etc, please don’t get into hoarding practices. Let your business be a purpose to serve the world in this tough time.

I do not deny the fact that this is an earning opportunity for you, as you have families to take care of but earn what is fair and avoid unfairly. In the end, we all have to be answerable for our deeds to God or the universe. Even if you don’t believe in God, you have to answerable to yourself within your heart. Imagine you are business selling masks and God forbids if tomorrow one of your family members needs medical support for something else and hospital /medical practitioner denies required medicine support, how would you feel? Would you be able to settle this with your deed at the time of Coronavirus? Think again!

Please be wise, be best in your approach, and take the right Business calls.

In the end, I wish to thank each one for you for reading this and trying to make this world a better place. I urge you all to try helping people who are going through this unwanted situation and just remember:

- Avoid sharing social media messages/email/posts that spread fear

- Pray for Coronavirus patients and donate generously

- If you sell tools /medicine etc related to Coronavirus, please don’t focus on making huge profits. Serve the world with gratitude and earn what is right!

Life has been gifted by the God/Universe to share strengths and not fear. The world is one and let's extend support to our brothers and sisters who need it the most.
