The Busy Business Person Workout
Tone your Arms, Chest, Legs and Lose the Belly fat FAST in just 5-10 minutes per day.
I am not going to waste your time. Let's jump right into the reason you are here. You are out of shape, you don't like the way you look, and you are ready to do something about it. Like most, you probably don't have a lot of time and the time you do have you don't want to spend hours in the gym. This workout is going to consist of 4 exercises you will be doing in rapid succession and a BRIEF breather after each round. Before you do this workout make sure you are physically able to do this without injury. I am not a trainer nor am I a doctor. If you have anything preventing you from doing these workouts safely, consult your doctor.
The Busy Business Person Workout
This Routine is SUPER SIMPLE and a MAJOR TIME SAVER.
1. 10 -15 Push-Ups if you can not do regular push-ups, do the modified version.
2. 10-15 Body Weight Squats. You can do either version listed.
3. Mountain Climbers. 30-second intervals
4.Planks/Crunches. If you do planks do for 45sec if possible OR 30 crunches.
5. Take a 35-second rest and Repeat for 4 sets.
As this becomes easier, add additional reps and increase times depending on the exercise. For example, increase squats by 5-10 reps. Increase Mountain climbers from 30 seconds to 45 seconds. Stay tuned for more workouts to get you summer ready.
