Usana HealthPak 100 - The Best Health Pack

HealthPak 100

The first time I heard the company USANA was back to 2001, when I was checking online and offline for business opportunities after I was laid off in my last job. The person I talked to was Collette Larsen, one of USANA's top diamond directors today. She mailed me a cassette labeled with her name. I didn't even listen (I actually never listened before I finally threw away the cassette in 2008 during a moving). I had no sense about mlm and their products, even though I spent quite some time searching for such business with the dream that I could one day own a non-traditional business. I ended up hating all mlm companies after some joining and quit right after procedures. But one thing I remembered was USANA's products were considered quite well, even though I didn't feel a thing what that meant.

Years later, after staying at home for too long with no personal achievement, I decided I had to go out and do something. I tried financial industry, didn't quite like it; someone from Market America was approaching me at the same time. Just when I had no idea what to do (I didn't like either one, but hated to let go as well), USANA shined some light from nowhere. By the time my physical health went down the hill so noticeably compare to the time I had my job, I was kind of blaming myself missing the chance of taking such top rated products when I was given the opportunity the very first time, so I guess it was the major reason why I simply jumped in it - just for the sake of my health, joining the business is a smarter way to consume the products, but that is another story.

Taking HealthPak

The first and only supplements I took initially were all from HealthPak. I liked the pre-packed packets, so convenient that I don't recall I missed even one dose. I was hoping to see some improvement on my appetite, instead, I experienced noticeable changes to the ringing in my ears (which I got after working too hard and too long online to make living) just one week after taking the pills. I was pleasantly surprised, for something I never expected. I got so excited that I started spreading the word to everyone I met. I also experienced much better sleep at night. Of course, there were ups and downs during the entire process, there were times the ringing went back to levels it was at before, or even got worse at times. I also had reactions (what is called reactions for the good), including itchy rashes on my back as well as adult acne on my forehead - so severe that I never had that in my life. They lasted for several weeks before they went away. But my overall experience was pretty good - enough to make me truly believe in USANA products, especially the HealthPak 100, because it alone made difference in my health!

HealthPak: Top Rated

With USANA, I've learned nutritional supplements are most effective only when you take them everyday, it is also very important to know that if you take supplements, you need to give your body the balanced nutrients, meaning you should not take single supplement and be on it for a long time. If you are looking for a type of food supplement that contains a complementary array of nutrients to maintain your ultimate health that fits your busy lifestyle, then USANA's Healthpak 100 is just for you. USANA HealthPak is made with conveniently pre-packed AM/PM packets of your favorite nutritionals so it is easy for everyone to stay on schedule and meet your nutritional goals. I'm recommending this terrific vitamin supplement pack based on my personal experience, as well as everything else I've learned by involving with USANA business, including why we should take nutritional supplements, why USANA products are the top rated in the world, why healthy diet alone will not solve nutritional problems, and more. I'm blessed I've found USANA, I'm even happier the company provides such convenient pack to fit everyone's schedules.

What's in HealthPak

USANA HealthPak 100 contains the following vitamin supplements:

The Essentials - This is a small pack (though not in pre-packed packets) which include two individual products: Mega Antioxidant and Chelated Mineral. Mega Antioxidant contains about 26 different supplements including USANA patented extract Olivol, vitamin E, USANA's own unique Poly C vitamin C complex, mixed carotenoids, Coenzyme Q10, Alpha Lipoic Acid, bioflavonoid complex, complete vitamin B complex, and more. The Mega Anoxidant offers advanced levels of high quality, highly bioavailable vitamins and antioxidants to fight off free radicals that caused by our daily stress, environmental pollutants and diets that are high in processed food but low in whole, unrefined foods. Trace minerals are so important to us that even representing less than one half of one percent of total nutrients we need everyday, our bodies would not be able to efficiently use the nutrients in our diet. Chelated Mineral is a carefully formulated balance of essential minerals and trace minerals sourced from the highest quality suppliers in forms readily absorbed by our body.

Active Calcium - Including the Body Rox Active Calcium Chewable. They are carefully formulated clinically proven bone building formulas containing calcium citrate and calcium carbonate, magnesium, vitamin D and silicon.

AO Booster - Contains a full dose of grape seed extract and 15 mg of resveratrol. Resveratrol is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect against the aging effects of free radicals and oxidative stress.

Each packet contains 6 pills: two Mega Antioxidant, two Chelated Mineral, one Active Calcium, one AO Booster.

Even better, USANA provides a fully customizable pack called MyHealthPak with which you can customize and even personalize the daily nutrients you need, also all packed in AM/PM packets just like HealthPak 100.

Good to know taking one pack in the morning only helped, this would've been my suggestions too, but since my friend tried it and felt nothing changed, so I thought the other combination would work better. Anyway, I've tried Chinese herbs, to no use. If ringing happened not long ago, it could be reversed by having a healthy lifestyle, but not after few years of happening. Stress is the killer here, so the best medicine for ringing would be try to be happy. I still have it, but learned how to handle it, not a problem, I'm happy:) Wish you the best!

I'm going to try healthpak 1 pack in the morning only, that seems to be better. Sorry to hear you had ringing too. Is it still happening or did it stop on its own eventually/after how long/did you seek chinese medicine treatment? Disregard if it's too painful to talk about.

Hi, thanks for visiting my page. First of all, I'm not a professional, so please do not quote my words here, just take them as reference. You should know everyone is different, while healthpak may improve some people's sleeping, others see just the opposite. In my case, it helped me noticeably, but one of my friends had similar experience as yours. She has tried taking Essentials instead, and she felt better. Later when she switched back to healthpak, she again couldn't fall asleep, and always felt her brain was so sober. Lately she completely stopped taking anything, and I haven't checked on the results. The point is, everyone is unique; but usana does provides world class products, that is what I believe. You might want to try switching to the combination of Essentials, BiOmega, Proflavanol 100C, and Active Calcium, that is what I've been taking mostly nowadays. If you haven't been anyone's preferred customer, you're welcome to order via my personal link: http://www.usana.com/shared/sponsoredShopRedirect.... or you order from the person who sold you the products. You can always ask that person questions.

Stress and insomnia absolutely may cause ringing in the ears for some individuals, but never have I heard healthpak did so, so no worry about taking their products, but your sleeping pattern needs to be changed to avoid potential ringing problems. My own ringing is totally different, that's a long story.

      Good luck

I want to know the author who wrote this. I am also currently taking HealthPak for sleeping problems (which caused ringing in my ears). Some nights seem better than others. I have not experienced the same type of sleepiness I used to get though. Should I be worried? Are these healthpak supplements keeping me from feeling sleepy? I'm afraid I'm not going to ever get that sleepy feeling back. My eyes get droopy but my brain still feels active...Can anyone tell me whether this is a side effect of these supplments? I also get a splitting headache sometimes when I try to fall asleep again after waking in the middle of the night.

To the author of this article: how long did the ringing in your ears last? Was it brought on my stress, insomnia, poor quality sleep?

Searching for more people like me.
