Backache is a common problem that most of the people experienced or still experiencing.
Backache is a common problem that most of the people experienced or still experiencing.

Common daily activities tiring both our body and the soul. Lots of the time we wake up refreshed. Exept the resident backache. One of the main reasons for this pain is because of spending too much time to your home or office pc. Think of it. You are sitting on that chair all the day at office. When you come to home you are still on an other chair and reading this article. And then you go to bed and the same circle again. Your childeren are playing PC games and they meet this backache sooner than you. You suffer the pain of your backache all the day and night. Also it's getting more cruel when you are getting older with it's resident effects. Without a caution the way you go is to become hunchbacked. Yes the solution is to see a doctor, An orthopedist. It's dlearly the most logical choice. But why not to avoid it before it happens?

Not a fate. Just chose the correct solution with a lumber support.

  • First of all your main alert mechanism is your own body. Seriously follow the signs and don't avoid it.
  • A strong person can handle many problems alone. As so a strong back muscles are more resistant to spinal cord problems than weak muscles. So the way to avoid it is simple exercising. Strong muscles can avoid further damage.
  • Varm up your body before physical heavy works to avoid injuries.
  • Your muscles must be ready for any type of action. Again the magical and simple way is some exercising. At leas try to move your body more, don't be lazy. (try to use stairs etc.)
  • Chosing the right chair, furniture or whatever you sit on. Thats the most important part for lots of us especialy for those that their job is with computers. Below parts were about exercising. But this one is for those who realy does not exercise much. Yeah lots of us sitting at least half of the day.
  • And 2nd. most important part in my opinion. Choose right place and equipment to sleep. 8hours/day = 1/3 of our lives. Passing 1/3 of life on same place and on same position makes a sense how important it is. And also keep in mind chairs are not for sleeping :)

It's not new =) Everyone experienced it.

So half of the reason is sitting all the day on uncomfortable chairs. And a part of the solution is ergonomic chairs and a work desk or pc desk thats comfortible for you. And for the start you can get a lumbar support to support your tired and screaming back muscles. Give up suffering pain and let your back muscles rest in peace :)
