Extra Virgin Organic Alpha DME Coconut Oil Health Benefits

Updated on February 10, 2018

Why I Started Using Coconut Oil

I started using DME Extra Virgin Coconut Oil when I was feeling sluggish and run down. I went to my local health food store and found this amazing product called Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. Before I started taking this oil I did extensive research on it, and found out the many benefits one can attain while taking this product.

Not only does this oil give you an energy boost while increasing your metabolism, it balances your blood sugar, protects against cancer, aids in losing excess body fat, will dissolve kidney stones, and more.

For Cooking

You can use this oil instead of vegetable oil for cooking while frying, sautéing or baking.

Nutritional Content

In 15 ml there are 120 calories, with 14 g of fat and 13 g of saturated fat.

Adding Coconut Oil to Your Daily Diet

I eat this daily on a spoon, and after taking it for about a week I started feeling my energy not only return but found that I had more energy than I ever did. It may sound strange to actually eat oil but once you start and see what it does for you, you won't give it a second thought.

There are many other companies that produce virgin coconut oil. I myself use this one, but I am sure that there are other companies make a quality product as well.

Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) and most particularly the extra VCO has been the rage here in my country even years back. I know the coconut tree has really so much in store for us. Thanks for the nice hub. I myself continue to be amazed by this wonderful tree.

Very good information! One can certainly need some extra energy during this dark season. The lack of sunlight makes me so tired this time of year. Maybe this is the solution! Thanks for sharing this, I will try it!
