Making A Choice

After our debut with Cancer two years ago I had a few things to learn about drinking water. Do your research today!

A few years ago I walked in the store thinking it would be great to stock up on some bottled water for those hot summer trips in the car. Of course there were at least 5 different kinds. I used to think about saving money at this point and select the best sale priced case of bottled water. I happily packed it into my car and cherished those little plastic bottles.

Well, things are different now. I don't think most people have a clue as to how toxic their drinking water might be right from the tap either. They don't know about the importance of cleansing the body with alkaline water. Remember that litmus test strip you learned about in the fourth grade? The one where you check to see the color of the little test strip? Well, if your water has a PH of 7 then it is alkaline which is the best and most neutral number for your body. I read recently that water must be alkaline close to PH 7 for weight loss to work.

Sure if your water out of the tap tastes bad you might buy a filter which is something I still maintain at home. I never make coffee or cook with our tap water unless it is filtered. PH level has nothing to do with filtering the water.

It all looked clear and clean to me in those plastic bottles too. Recently the bottles themselves have been found to add chemical toxins to the water. At times I can even smell the chlorine that they add to our public water. In our neighborhood they arrive with a truck out front of our house and add chlorine to the community water!

My husband learned from a health consultant. He had cancer and likely his life was saved due in a large part to the changes we have made in diet. It turns out that the PH level of the drinking water is of vital importance. This is a fact which most Americans are slowly learning. Drinking enough water daily also helps us to cleanse our body of toxins.

We found that a certain kind of water which is shipped to US markets from overseas can be found in many quality health food stores. This water comes from a World Famous Island and has the right PH. The water is purified naturally and comes from Natural Artesian Wells. If you drink this water it helps to maintain your blood PH. Cancer cannot grow as rapidly in an alkaline environment. If you want to get started on improving your health take a serious look at your drinking water.

We all have so much more to learn about the importance of water to our planet. So don't wait until you hear a diagnosis of Cancer to save your life. Start now.

My husband wrote the book , Beating Cancer Can Be Fun. You can order it below.
