What Can Apple Cider Vinegar Be Used For?

Updated on January 14, 2012

Recently, I visited my mother for several weeks due to her illness and I found it quite interesting how she relied on the use of Apple Cider Vinegar for nearly everything, in many ways I never knew.  After talking with her about it, she described the many different ways it was used from generations back.  I was amazed of the many different health ways, cooking and even cleaning treatments it was used for.

It appears that thousands of years ago ancient healers trusted apple cider vinegar, and modern research shows – vinegar truly is a wonder cure!

In fact, apple cider vinegar’s biggest fans believe this golden liquid can help solve the most troublesome human afflictions.

Since even the earliest of times a daily vinegar cocktail was used to help control appetite to lose weight and continue good health.

From Biblical times and all across the globe, over 1000 new vinegar super-remedies and tonics have become one of the world’s healing agents there is.

My mother stated that grandma knew her old remedy worked even if she wasn’t able to explain why.  She went on to say that grandma would dilute vinegar and would put it into their ears to ward off infections and I found through research scientist confirms this mystery to be true. Otolaryngologists who specialize in treating infections for swimmer’s ears now recommend using a vinegar mixture as a preventative.

Hospitals use vinegar as a hospital disinfectant for sterilization and to keep bacterial infections from becoming a problem.  Apple Cider vinegar can be used to remove stains from rugs, carpet or clothing.  It also can be used as a cleaning agent to remove film from mirrors or walls.

Apple Cider Vinegar can also be used to help as follows:

·        Calm an upset stomach

·        Ease leg cramps

·        Soothe sprained muscles

·        Control appetite to lose weight

·        Relieve coughs

·        Banish nausea

·        Arthritis pain

·        Make hiccups disappear

·        Cool a sunburn

·        Boost memory

·        Reduce sore throat pain

·        Relieve itchy skin

·        Lower blood pressure & cholesterol

·        Eliminate bladder infections

·        Chase away a cold

·        Treat burns

·        Reduce infection

·        Aid digestion

·        Improve memory

·        Soothe sore feet

·        Treat blemishes & age spots

·        Remove corn & calluses

·        Replace many household cleaners

Vinegar is a powerful antiseptic and kills even the worse infections, and fade away headaches.  Feel good and look good with a vinegar hair and skin regiment.

So I asked, “Can apple cider vinegar really do all of the above and according to my mother and researchers say, “Yes!” to over 1000 tried-and-true remedies.

So try it and see what it does for you.
