Studies have shown that drinking green tea has numerous health benefits.

Researchers from the Duke University School of Medicine and Graduate Medical School (Duke-NUS) have found that it was the caffeine in tea (and coffee) that stimulated the breakdown of lipids (fats) in the liver of mice which have been fed on a high-fat diet.

Drinking two to three cups of green tea a day will boost the body's metabolism which in turn, helps you to lose weight. The organic green tea from The Art of Tea is imported directly from tea growers.
