These are healthy things but there should also be some right time to eat anything. If the thing is eaten at the same time, it will not only be more healthy but also will not have any side effects.

1. Curd

Eating curd is very beneficial in the summer season, it keeps the stomach cool. But curd should not be eaten at night. According to Ayurveda, eating curd at night can cause phlegm as well as other stomach problems.

Afternoon is the best time of eating curd. Also, never ever try to warm the curd to eat.

2. Milk

Milk is very important for strengthening bones, but everyone has different opinions about when to drink it. Some people drink milk at breakfast in the morning, then some people drink before going to sleep at night, but we should never drink milk empty stomach as this can cause acidity problem.

According to the experts, if milk is consumed in the morning, then it keeps you energized throughout the day while drinking milk at night keeps the mind calm and also brings good sleep. In Ayurveda, the right time to drink milk is given at night.


You should not add too much sugar in tea or milk, but this does not mean that you should quit eating sugar completely, it is also necessary to eat some sugar.

Eating sugar in the day is the right time because insulin does a job of absorbing sugar and it is easily digested whereas eating sugar at night increases the blood sugar level and you are not able to sleep properly. So, If you have a habit of eating sweets after meals, rectify it immediately.

It is important to include protein-rich lentils and beans in the diet, but you should also know the right time to eat. It is not right to eat lentils and bean at night because it does not digest easily and you can suffer from gastric problem.

3. Grapes
