We will not discuss commercial drinks that come in many different forms. Not the energy drinks, fat burning drinks, meal replacement shakes, protein drinks, and your traditional weight loss drinks such as SlimFast, and also not the liquid diet program or meal replacement diet plan like, SlimFast, MediFast and NutriSystem. They may be helpful in achieving essential calorie reduction for severely obese patients, but they are not a long term solution to overweight.

We will discuss drinks that you make at home using water, as the best diet drink. The body is a sea that is holding (islets) of cells, tissues and organs, and this sea is in need for renewal. New research suggests drinking plenty of water may have a positive effect on your metabolism.
