We are living in a fast age where; with the blink of an eye, technology is changing, and we are continuously changing our lifestyle in order to adapt to the new object in our homes. However, life is getting simpler in terms of communicating, but, unfortunately; we do not have the time to communicate since WE are the key elements involved in inventing such grandeur things which exist TODAY on our planet for which we should be proud of ourselves and celebrate but, again who has the TIME.
We are working 24/7, and that has accumulated stress on our fragile body which results in our body shouting out STOP. We do not listen to the small signals that our body gives us but then when the whole body starts to create a havoc within our self we shout in pain and then we realize how we have mutilated ourselves by running after things which we will not need for quite some time. A proverb "HEALTH IS WEALTH" is better understood then. We try to bring peace within ourselves, but by then, it is too late. - IF only we had learnt to smile in adverse condition.
- IF only we had not taken the unnecessary stress.
The list is endless...
Autoimmune diseases are also partially based on our genes. So, if anybody in our family has had any such diseases, we are bound to get it. But, that is not the end of the world. We can take steps to prevent it, and the below video gives a few pointers in that respect.
