Diabetes is a disease that is too common these days mainly due to the changing lifestyle. Diabetes or Diabetes Mellitus is a dreadful disease which results in the body having high level of blood sugar. The high level of blood sugar happens mainly because the body is not able to produce enough insulin. Once you get infected by diabetes, you cannot get rid of this disease and the only thing that you can do is to control the blood sugar level.

      I agree with checking and maintaining your sugar levels if your a diabetic. Diabetes has life threatening emergencies like your diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperglycemic hyperosmalar syndrome. With a simple pin prick and checking it with your glucometer and maintaining normal sugar levels these complications can be avoided.
