Why even take them?

Cold showers seem like a bad idea to any regular human. When you first hop into the hot springs of a shower it seems like we almost immediately turn the knob to hot as if the cold button never even existed. The idea of taking a pure cold shower may seem crazy but I am here to tell to you about the real life benefits.

How I eased into taking cold showers

At first it was really hard to think of taking my first cold shower. My brain would warn me of all the reasons no to. Even after looking at a lot of Youtube videos. When hopping into the cold shower, my body rejected it and every muscle wanted to leave. It felt like little rocks hitting every part of me. Once I got out though I instantly noticed a difference! My energy level sky rocketed and I ran to my moms room yelling what I had accomplished. Over the next couple of weeks after that I timed myself in the shower and each week I would improve the time until cold showers became almost regular.

Benefits from my personal experience

1.Mental Toughness- Taking cold showers results in a boost in mental toughness. Mental toughness is your ability on how much you can take without giving up. A Navy Seal or person in war has this type of mentality.

2. More Energy- Since you are getting more cold water to your body it improves blood circulation in your blood vessels. It will give you a warm feeling when you come out! This results in an abundant amount of energy.

3. Muscle growth- The cold showers will help with body fat loss and muscle growth. If you are an athlete and feel sore hop into cold shower to feel loose. The cold water will reduce inflammation and any lactic acid that was built in your body.

4. Improves Fertility- This has to be the best one. The amount or degree of coldness helps produce more semen production for better fertility. Taking a warm shower or bath usually kills semen because they do not like the warm exposure.

5. Improves Immune System- The coldness of the shower will improve your immune system to make you less sick. This works by the coldness constricting and dilating your blood vessels which help strengthens your immune system significantly.

How you can take Cold Showers too

Cold showers are very uncomfortable the first time but when you get into one do not think about how horrible it will be but the benefits when getting out. In the morning when waking up or before going to sleep at night set a reminder to take one and follow through with it. You will see those benefits I talked about earlier instantly after two days.

To sum it all up

Now that you know a little bit more than you did first reading into this video you can go and take your first cold shower. Remember ease into it by practicing everyday. It is not easy but the benefits are amazing. I believe in you! If you want any more information click on the YouTube video down below. If you want to talk to me all of my social media is in my bio. Thank you for reading my article!
