Planet Fitness Is Where I Start

When I first joined Planet Fitness, I was doing it for the money. $10.00 down, $10.00 a month for the basic plan. I could go into the gym, use all the machines, free weights and cardio equipment and stay as long as I want. Also was great was they have a saying there that they don't judge their members. It sounds great. Only I don't need anyone to judge me and make me feel bad, I do that myself!! Everyone I talk to tell me that I should be proud of myself because I did lose 195lbs. The thing is, I didn't keep it off!! I went from a size 24 to a size 12 in only a year. Then I went back up to an 18. I didn't go to the gym for 10 months. The year of 2015 is a year I never want to go through again. It was a year of severe depression and not knowing what the future was going to hold.

This year I made a decision that I was going to get back into shape. I started having bad pain in my feet and I couldn't work out. It was totally out of the question. I still am having pain in my arm but I'm back at the gym. I take it a little bit at a time and modify what I can do. My feet don't hurt anymore, so I am on treadmill a lot.

Planet fitness also gives you free fitness training and I got lucky enough too have a great kid on Monday and Fridays who works with me and we are focusing on legs and core. I find after I am finished with a workout that I have to take a nap in the middle of the day.

The days I don't make it too the gym I try to walk outside and at least for a 1/2 hour. like today. I decided that I would walk down to 86st. in Bensonhurst Brooklyn.

Tomorrow I will start in the morning like usual. I will work legs with squats, lunges, leg lifts, calf raises, flutter kicks, leg planks, alternate leg lifts. Then I will do cardio.

I know there are women out there who get so put off by thinking of going to the gym. When I go there I get on the treadmill, I go in the back so I could see the front and I see the skinny women running or being on at a fast pace and this is an inspiration for me. That's what us women have to do, we have to look at someone who is stronger than us in something and follow.

      Achieving a Great Shape or staying in a great shape is such a priceless achievement which isn't possible to purchase with money. This is really a continuous process which is maintained by following a system.

      Athletes follow one system, bodybuilders follow another system and students or professionals follow a different system. For the professionals or students, it is enough to spend only 30 minutes on Trampolining or Rope skipping to stay in a good shape.

      But, the expectation is to build muscles or burn fat, then it is better to consult with a fitness expert to get the best result within the possible shortest time. However, really a nice Hub to inspire us to Fitness Workout.
