Your energy vibration is set by you and what you intake and absorb. "You are what you eat"., Physically, mentally and emotionally. What you feed your body with, by mouth, contributes to your vitality and stamina. What you feed your mind with, contributes to your thoughts and attitudes.
What you feed your emotions with, contributes to your perceptions in thought and your reactions are usually based on emotional response.It is truly important for your well being to be mindful of the foods you eat. Learn more about how the foods you eat supply your body with the proper amount of nutrients and vitamins.It seems to be common knowledge that we do not get the proper amount of balanced nutrients in a days supply of food that we eat. That is why we turn to vitamins to increase our vitality and stamina, and replace the nutrients that we may be missing in our daily diets.
What is it that you feed your mind with? Television? Politics? Life dramas and tragedies? How about re-evaluating what it is that you listen to on a daily basis. Possibly instead of having CNN news playing in the background, replace it with soothing music of your choice. If music is not what you feel inspires your mind at the time, set yourself up with inspiring audio books from the library.
As a human being we are always changing and always learning. Do not be afraid to learn something new. Great opportunities are birthed out of new ideas and inspirations.Emotions are learned responses to environmental stimuli. Understanding emotions and knowing that we can at times misunderstand a situation or circumstance, changes our emotional response. It is important to understand a situation and circumstance before assuming an immediate emotional response.
Overall, your energy vibration level is created out of what you eat what you think and how you emotionally feel. For you will always attract to you , what you already are. Health is wealth, and the more you take care of yourself and eat healthy, think good thoughts and feel good emotionally, you will find that happiness is always present and that your health is a choice you make.
