a tan can make you look more defined

Tan vs Non Tan

Easy way to gain definition through tanning

Tanning is a simple way to cause your body to look more defined. It doesn't matter if you tan outside in a bed or use a spray tan. No matter which style you choose the tan will always cause the body to look more defined. The pigment within the body causes the reflection of light to appear differently. What this means is it causes an illusion. This creates a more cut and defined body then you really have. This means it is a simple means to giving you a little edge in the looks department. This isn't to say you can't be pale and cut because you certainly can. This will give an edge to look more cut. Your body will display the definition you desire. Think about a section of your body you want to improve. If you have a little bit of trouble in the lower ab area this is the best way to cause a quick improvement. It allows the skin to look more toned. This isn't just from far away or in pictures but in general. The best thing about this is there are so many different ways to tan that sky's the limit. Really the idea is that you never overdo it with tanning in salons. Burnt actually doesn't look better and the tan will peel away which doesn't help the situation. Make sure that you are tanning often that you do in safe spurts. If you are outside try to go during times where it will not negatively effect your skin. Picture after picture you will see that people look healthier and feel healthier when they have a nice tan. A tan is apparent in the pictures which I have displayed and it seems to be obvious that people look much more defined. Once a tan is put into place the people in every situation look more and more beach ready. The bodies on these people were already good but they look even better once the tan has been put into place. Whether it's real or a spray it really changes the cut look on the muscle. The healthy glow comes about on each individual person who receives the tan. Finally can a tan do everything? No I hope no one is taking this as eat what you want do not diet or work out just tan. This isn't what I'm trying to get across to my main audience. I want people to understand that this is a helpful technique to those who really work at on there bodies who want a nice boost to there look. Every piece helps and this piece of the puzzle is easily done. I just want people to be able to get that extra push that can get them to the look that they prefer.

Easy definition

It seems like a lot of people are missing out on how easy it is to get a little more defined. See many people slave at the gym. Hey in order to be at your peak this is something you must do. Yet, if your looking for a boost in the right direction it isn't always necessary for you to work as hard as physically possible. Honestly, it seems like today everyone is looking to get quick results. It's sad but people will cheat there bodies by ingesting temporary gain supplements like creatine just to look better. It's as if they don't realize it's fake and once it wears off so does there body. A tan is something you really need to keep up but it's a healthy natural occurring feature of the melanin in your skin. You aren't ingesting anything unhealthy your not taking anything that could kill your liver or kidneys. You are simply going out and in the sun or tanning both and letting the effect occur. Now you must not do this in any particular harmful excess. Remember rays are powerful, but if done in a healthy manner with moderation you will be just fine. Everything is about looking better here and this is something that can be obtained with ease.

OK, so I was...but I kept reading, Mr. joe! Thanks for the great info and hope all is well.

I can't work on my tan these days as the weather in PA has been very overcast...but at least I'm catching up on some cool reading!

A little sun is ok we just can't overdo the amount of sun we get at one time. Thank you for commenting Marie I'm happy the article inspired you.

Wow, I have never noticed this before. Very interesting. I am definitely going to moderate the amount of time I stay in the sun this summer...but, a little sun can't hurt. Especially if I can look more toned!

      Voted up and interesting!

Well a spray tan does work to an extent but they usually give you a weird orange color. It also isn't going to last more than two days. You're better off getting a regular tan at a tanning bed or outside.

Wow! I never looked at tanning in that way before-quite interesting. BTW, I was at a spa today and ran into a friend who was there for a spray tan...do those really work in the same way?

Thank you, Word55 that's not a self taken picture but I can understand what you're saying. Here in Miami getting a natural tan should be as easy as 1 2 3. But, in a city with hustle and bustle and crazy work hours getting some help at a tanning bed really can save time.

Hello joedolphin88, both of you look fantastic with or without the tan. However, if tanning gives more definition and that is the goal to have then it serves a purpose. Being in sunny, Florida and surrounded by beaches should make it more natural and economical to tan. Very good article. Keep up the good work.
