Since the authenticity of its weight loss properties is not proved, you have to depend on exercise and diet regimens to experience weight loss. If you would like to lose weight without exercising and following a diet, then you can achieve your goal slowly. It is not necessary that you have to exercise till you sweat. You can indulge in various other physical activities to experience weight loss. Any type of movement is good for your body. You can wave your arms or walk inside the house to experience weight loss, but it will take time to achieve the goals.

When your body moves, your body needs energy for the movement. This energy will be taken from the resources in the body, which will be the fat stored in your body.
