It is also a nutritious fruit as it contain various vitamins and minerals. According to studies, it can destroy leukemia cells in blood cancer cells.

Dietary supplements from acai berry

Dietary supplements made out of acai berries are not FDA regulated. Even though they contain nutrients and minerals, there is no evidence that supports its benefits as a supplement for nutrition. Since the authenticity of its weight loss properties is not proved, you have to depend on exercise and diet regimens to experience weight loss. If you would like to lose weight without exercising and following a diet, then you can achieve your goal slowly. It is not necessary that you have to exercise till you sweat. You can indulge in various other physical activities to experience weight loss. Any type of movement is good for your body. You can wave your arms or walk inside the house to experience weight loss, but it will take time to achieve the goals.

When your body moves, your body needs energy for the movement. This energy will be taken from the resources in the body, which will be the fat stored in your body. If you deliberately includes some amount of movements in your daily life, then you can experience a decrease in your waistline. Stop eating foods with large amount of fat content. Eat a balanced diet by discussing with your dietician, so that your body will get enough nutrients to survive.
