Acne scrub that cures acne

Now like many other gym goers, people with somewhat greasy background, or those who like to eat greasy foods, acne is awful. It is often on the face and sometimes on the body. I know personally after a workout or two with my back on the mat I can expect to have a few back break outs. Acne is sometimes extremely painful depending on the spot and often embarrassing. It is difficult to find something that actually cures some of the pimples and trouble spots we all have. Now I have stumbled upon a scrub that has worked for me. It is called the brown sugar scrub.

The ingredients do seem counter productive, almost as if they would cause more acne, but in fact the opposite is true. The brown sugar scrub calls for dark brown sugar, almond oil (olive oil if you cant find almond oil), natural honey, and lastly Vanilla.

You will need to use one cup of dark brown sugar and a cup of Almond Oil, a half cup of almond oil or olive oil, teaspoon of vanilla and a tablespoon of honey. Now some people do a teaspoon of vitamin E, I 'll leave that up to you. Now after you have made the scrub and mixed the scrub you need to let it sit. After it has sat for about 10 15 minutes put it into some sort of jar to contain it. Once you've gotten into the shower mix the scrub onto your body and you feel it make your skin soft. Rub it on all your trouble areas, doesn't matter where. I usually use it on my shoulders but if your breaking out on your face apply it there. Once you have done this you must be careful on the bathroom floor, the area can become very slippery from the scrub so be careful. Now apply to the body and rinse, rub in well. Your acne should clear up as long as you continue to use it. It's not instant but over a short period of time it will help a great deal. Any questions about the scrub feel free to ask me. After you have tried it comment and let me know what you think or take the poll beneath.
