Advanced neuro hypnosis is a powerful technique to manage Anger, Frustration, Addictions, Sadness, Depression, Anxiety, Mood swings, stammering etc. It's a technique which gives great results and when done consistently can cure all the above said conditions permanently.
The mind is designed in such a way that we have 1) Conscious mind, which is working when an individual is alert. It's working right now when you are reading this wonderful article. So an individual has to work on his subconscious mind during sleep. So what does a person need to do?Each night bofore going to sleep he should visualize that the problem that he has, is already solved. For example, if you have depression then you have to visualize that you are already joyfull and full of Enthusiasm. Never use any negative words. All words should be positive. Now what happens when you do this? The last thought when you are just about to sleep when you are neither conscious nor asleep works throughout the whole night in the subconscious mind. And when you get up you should visualize again the same positive scene and this would then work in the back ground throughout the day.
Now individuals should follow certain things: 1) Always make sure you get enough sleep. 2)Always use positive words in your life. 3 )Everybody is unique with different talents so never compare yourself with others. 4) Always be aware of the present moment by being aware of the breathe in that moment. 5) Always slow down , haste causes anxiety, stammering, depression. etc.
