I know that might sound like kind of a "duh"mb question - but I'm asking for advice for those of us who struggle mightily with this question/issue, and with severe deficits in the organizational and executive functions and skills seemingly essential to address this "keeping yourself together, man!" matter. Are there compensatory strategies by which we so lacking can take some responsibility for managing our lives?? The couch helps. So does the pharmacy. But what would Mr. Miagi have me do to better myself?
