Tired But Not Dead yet

Updated on August 17, 2009

just a few more minutes then im coming to bed

I love to do many things but writing is one of my top five favorites!I can go on and on with a thought and im sure it  feels so right because im just  in the moment. The world could crumble around me and life would be o.k. as soon as i finished writing this page. How many hubbers feel like i feel.I grew up being the only guy i knew who likes to write. It was more a girls thing.Keeping a diary and writing in it every day.Well i thought Johnboy in the Waltons was cool.He told it like it was.Now years later and im still writing but i realize how easy he made it look but how hard it really is.Time doesnt seem to matter.I feel so much energy in what im doing its got to be right.i just recently by chance stumbled on the hub pages after searching for blogs. Could anyone tell  me what is the difference between the hub and a blog  or are they the same thing.Im finding my way around slowly.I welcome all suggestions and helpful tid bits you have learned when you started many moons ago.i have to go to sleep and i will have many more reasons tohub tomorrow.Good night johnboy.i always wanted to say that.

I learned long ago as long as you try your best and you are proud of what you do ,it doesn't matter what people think. I have such high expectations that I set for myself I'm glad I am not my own boss.I always feel I am capable of better.A little more.I am my own slave driver. So whatever they say I listen and don't have to agree but it's a job and gives me money in my pocket and food in my belly.Until I find my niche someday and things will be different.

tell me about it...... nursing have toooooo many females working together, but not together is you know what i mean... it can be harder, putting up with your co workers, than looking after the elderly.... and in the home i am in, they are very sick, and it is really hard heavy work. These days you just have to be lucky to be employed, and employers know it don't they?????

Now that sounds like a dream job to me ,working with all ladies.Just remember most of the patients are ladies too.So you are very lucky to out live alot of the men.Be careful to bend with your knees.Safety first.

you would not want to work with some of the ladies i am with. It would be lovely to have more men, but the salary is too low for men, i think, we have some carers who are men but they work at night.

I feel bad that women dont't recieve the same rate of pay as men do.I guess thats because you have the ultimate gift of bringing life into the world. All men are so jealous we have to justify by getting paid more.God bless all women.

carolina muscle it was great to see your comment. You push me to do better. How long have you been doing your writings?I think writing is so much better than watching t.v. I really think t.v. numbs the brain.I still love t.v. but if I do more writing than t.v. I will only have a brain in a fog instead.

There are some programs on television though that can be educational...Just watched Dr. Oz this morning that would be a good educational program...Easy to get hooked on tv though...I would rather write and read myself !...

Dim Flaxenwick My dad would reverse the numbers if it made him look younger example 63 to 36.He would say other people just got the numbers mixed up and he was correcting them.Who can argue with that. Thanks for sharing your story about your dad:.)
