Some interesting points here! Many don't realise that you can actually consume aloe vera, but it's good that you've included it in your article. A couple more reasons why you should drink aloe vera: http://www.youraloeforever.com/2012/01/top-10-reas...

Egg whites are rich in protein so it can be used as a mask to remove acne on your skin. Take one egg, and then separate the yolk. Beat the egg white off, and apply on your entire face. Leave for 15minutes then rinse thoroughly. Aloe Vera gel because it is natural with fewer chemicals, but if you are really worried about side effects and chemicals, try the natural aloe Vera plant on your face. 100% safe.

Thanks a lot Mr. Roychoudhury, Veronica, and Mrs. Smith. Aloe vera is so effective that mostly all the natural product manufacturers have started using aloe vera in their products like creams, shaving gels, shampoos, etc.

I use aloe vera for my youngest, instead of the gel (which most has more alcohol instead of Aloe vera - it's hard to find pure aloe vera gel) I get the plant instead and use the gel from the plant to help cool her skin down when it's hot and itchy.
