Brain Food
Each Morning...
Each morning our brain wakes up to the noise of the alarm clock. Before we are out of the bed, our brain goes through the whole day with all the detailing such as meeting with Mr. X and wondering if the goal or the target of the work be achieved today and come up with solutions as well. Wow, WE sure have the BEST machine on earth.
Our Brain
Our Brain can do wonders. This is such a delicate organ of our body that the it has a skull to keep it protected. We have a series of minerals deposited in the skull in order to make it strong.
Now that the PROTECTION is taken care of, what do we do to NOURISH it? We have to take in food to get energy. This energy helps us to move around and do our normal chores. We meditate for a couple of minutes to calm our nerves. But in order to sharpen our brain. We should do some brain exercises to keep it sharp. This sharp brain can take us miles before we say ADIOS to the world.
Puzzles such as realistic lateral thinking and critical thinking sharpens our brain. Such is the food for the brain. We should not slither away from a challenge. Take up the Challenge and you will be surprised by the way your brain has reacted to it. Do not take the challenge on a personal level but as a way to test your brain, to check on your aptitude towards any situation.
A Brain is only made of neurons. But the type of data to be stored in it, is all up to us.
Here comes the power of positive thinking. What we are today, is dependent on what we think. Positive thinking can send smooth sound waves to our brain.That kinda food can take us places.
So, next time when we think of food. We should not only think about eating it but also imagine the kind of sunshine it will bestow on our brain. It can make us radiant with its real light and lift us from the ordinary.
