 Here is a 5-day body detox specification that will rejuvenate you and help you keep moving.

Today, you cannot go even one day without running across pollution. While at work, you cannot be positive about how clean the water you drink or your food is. Air pollution from smokers and spray exhaust from cars, you are inundated with air pollution. Body detox impacts your health and well being.
