Best Over the Counter Colon Cleanser

Updated on November 2, 2010

Colon Cleaner

Most people don't want to talk about it, but it is important to invest in a good colon cleaner once in a while. You may think you're getting all the waste out of your body, but you're not. Most of the waste gets passed through the digestive tract and gets passed through the colon where the majority of the waste is excreted, but some of the fecal matter clings to the walls and sides of the colon, creating a build-up.

When the remaining waste and toxins are left there, it can cause impaction and constipation, as well as other health issues, as this waste is toxic and very hazardous to your health. A good colon cleanser is the best way to get rid of the waste that is left behind.

It's actually ideal to regularly clean out the built-up toxins and waste in your colon and intestines, as you can actually promote better health.

Benefits of a Colon Cleanse

There are many benefits to cleaning out your colon.

  1. Rid your body of waste.
  2. Relieve constipation caused by a build-up of mucoid plaque in the colon.
  3. Reduce acne, as acne is the body's attempt to rid the body of toxins, and if the colon isn't working properly, the body finds alternative methods.
  4. Clean the inner organs to ensure proper functioning.
  5. Reduce inflammation caused by a colon that isn't working effectively.
  6. Relieve and suppress joint pain caused by the toxins attacking the joints and muscles (will not cure).
  7. Decrease risk of cardiovascular disease caused by toxins in the bloodstream.
  8. Decrease certain allergies.
  9. Relieve bloating.

Because processed foods, and foods that are high in fat and low in nutritional value can clog up your colon, you want to clean it out once in a while. Some people prefer to use a colon cleanser that can be taken daily to prevent any new build up, whereas other prefer a flush once in a while.

No matter how you choose to clean your colon, just remember that it's a good thing to do regularly. When you don't clean your colon of the built-up toxins, they can become a huge breeding ground for bacteria, which can enter the bloodstream, and poison the body.

In order to keep a healthy body, digestive system, and colon. Choose one of the top colon cleansers. You should also consider eating more dietary fibers in your daily diet, which are proven to help bowel movements.

This is in your colon!

Natural and it Actually Works!out of 5 starsI am in my early fifties and my fine hair is sttnairg to get thinner and recede. The Philippine lady who cuts my hair also noticed pimples on the upper back of my neck. She recommended this product and it works. The shampoo is gentle and you only need a little bit. The conditioner is filled with natural elements and tingles as it conditions your hair. After it is rinsed out, you can still feel the tingling sensation. The scalp treatment seemed silly and over-drive at first, but it settled my hair down so I could dry it like I like. There are no unnatural or petroleum-based ingredients. Between these products, my scalp and hair is healthier looking and feeling. It is not a cheap treatment product, but I feel better after using it. You only live once and it's a great product.P.S. Think about putting a water filter in your showerhead. Chemicals and chlorine can damage your scalp and hair.

Better than mostout of 5 starsI had retlncey had my hair cut and have had fine hair all my life, which became even finer following a diagnosis of a medical condition. For years I have been trying all types of products to get volumizing results, most costing more than I was used to spending on shampoos and conditioners, few with recognizable or consistent results. However, I was plesantly surprised that this product has worked as well as it does. My hair is noticeably thicker and lighter, wtih more bounce and usually stays that way most of the day. The product is a bit odd at first to get used to. There is a tingling sensation the first few times when the shampoo and then the scalp treatment are used. The serum (step 3) can redden your scalp a little at first if you have sensitive skin such as myself, but I really could not tell and it does go away shortly afterward. Once your skin becomes acustomed, then it's fine and will not occur again usually. This is actually explained on the bottle instructions. Overall, I would recommend this product to someone who has very fine hair. I cannot say if it works for hair growth, but I feel that it likely does as I have been worried I have been losing hair rather than it thinning, but not anymore! Very happy with this line.
