Most diets require us to cut carbohydrates. Carbs are our source of energy. How are we to function effectively without our source of energy?
The lack of carbs causes us to have cravings which lead us into one cheat day until we start having a lifetime of cheat days. This is no way to live.

How I lost My Belly Fat
Losing my weight was no easy task. I weighed 215 pounds and I am now down to 166 I still some few extra pounds but I am happy with how I look and feel now. I tried green juices but they did not work as I wanted them to. I mostly got diarrhea. It was not nice. Until I was surfing the internet and found this tea and I tried it. It was terrific after following the instructions I was surprised to lose 10 pounds over a two-week span. I was so happy it pushed me to continue so here I am at this weight and I fell fantastic.
My Process
I made sure I had three main meal per day with healthy in between snacks. I incorporated Intermittent Fasting as well at least twice per week to help with the cleanse.
The main thing I did was cut down the carbohydrates in my diet to a very low, in fact, some days I had none. I incorporated a detoxifying tea into this routine. Each tea will have its own method so I encourage you to do a little research regarding detoxifying your body.
Weight Training
Ok, so you cannot have satisfactory weight loss without some amount of exercise. I know some people are partial to cardio, but I cannot emphasize anymore how much weight training helps you shed body fat all over your body. The belly fat goes slowly but you have to remember that to lose belly fat it is all about your diet. You could do one million crunches but all that will do is strengthen your core. That is why it is so important to change your diet and detoxifying as well is very important to achieve your goal.

Conclusion
You cannot trade in your body for a new model, so you have to take care of this one. Its never easy to stick to a diet but with a little discipline, your goal can be achieved whether you want to lose five pounds or 50 pounds. It is doable. First, you must change your mindset and then you must change your diet detoxify and weight train. Try this and watch your body transform
