How can I naturally speed up my metabolism with items in my kitchen pantry? I don't smoke anymore,
Coffee, tea, cinnamon and nutmeg are all circulatory and/or metabolic stimulants. That said, it is best not to overindulge in an effort to lose weight.
The best thing is cardiovascular exercise, and it doesn't even have to be hardcore. Just walk a lot.
Hmmm....I am thinking french toast and coffee for breakfast every day! YES!
