i think ive bipolar but i dont no wat to do. r how to say it to my doctor yano..?
Hello, make an appointment to see you doctor soon. Don't say that you "think you are bipolar". Factually describe your behaviors and concerns regarding your mental health. Let your doctor do the diagnosing or refer you to a psychiatrist if necessary. Making such uneducated assumptions just adds anxiety. There could be any number of other conditions that could be at the root of your problem. Sometimes there are physical conditions that could cause a change in mental status. Just please see your doctor and try not to worry prematurely.
Best wishes for a healthy new year!
State your concerns to your doctor and they will ask you a bunch of questions that will help determine whether it is just natural mood swings or if it is actually something more serious.
I found a site listing bipolar symptoms and took a quiz. Then I printed out the results and took it to my doctor. It worked; I'm getting help.
