Do you suffer from RLS Restless Leg Syndrome?
I do, and about five years ago my doctor gave me the remedy... an "old Wives Tale" remedy.
Place a bar of soap under the bed sheets... and type of soap and any where under the bottom sheet that is inconspicuous while sleeping.
It WORKS... I can tell when the bar of soap has fallen off the bed because that's the night I get the obnoxious spasms that keep me awake.
My doctor can explain why it works and is as baffled by the remedy as anyone, but a colleague gave him this remedy and it always works.
