Have you had Lasik eye surgery? Your thoughts??
My oldest son had it done on both eyes and is doing very well. If his insurance wouldn't have covered it I don't know if he would of gone through with it.
Laser eye surgery cost is one of the reasons why we still go for the glasses and contact lenses we have to wear every day. Some people are not comfortable in wearing lenses every day and glasses make them feel unattractive go for Lasik surgery. The cost of laser eye surgery that a person can expect to pay should be around $500 to $2500 per eye.
Since in most cases insurance companies do not consider LASIK laser eye surgery as a Reconstructive surgery it is rarely covered. So it is a good thing in your case.
