get up, dust off, and do it again - or try another approach. In the meantime, enjoy the journey. It's not the stuff, but the experiences in life - good or bad - that have the most value. The good stuff is fun, and the crappy stuff makes you wiser and stronger. There really is now downside to life.
Embrace change. New school, new job, move to a new place, shake things up.
Take one step at a time. Make a "to do" list and check off each item as it is accomplished. Success, even in little steps, will make you feel better, and that is half of the battle - the mental challenge! Once you feel as though you can accomplish something little, the bigger picture is not so bad. And remember, sometimes this is hard when you get behind, but put away about half of what you bring in...this may be a financial goal to set for the future. But, set smaller goals for today and tomorrow. As you see these acheived, set some larger goals, like maybe a change in career, or going back to school?? Good luck!

Everytime I type in the verification letters, it says I got them wrong. Every time. And I know I've got the letters right. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks.
