How to improve foot health for mobility
I have Morbus Ledderhose (lumps on the sole of my foot) and have decided that surgery will be my last option. My first option is to maintain my present good mobility. What can I do to increase my efforts? I currently walk often but am wondering about foot exercises, stretching etc... I also have diabetes.
There seems to be issues with calcium blockers, but I don't understand what that means and if there is anything I can do in that area.
I would get the surgery
Can exercise without walking with a recumbent bike to get around town on short trips. (I would stay on the sidewalk if no wide shoulder)
