How should you keep a balance between your family life and work.
You need to allocate time each day to spend with your family. During this time, you shouldn't do any work, it is their time.
In my opinion, you will quickly find that work, while very important, can handle you missing some time. Where as your kids and partner will notice when you are not there.
You can also look at how you can increase your productivity at work as well to make sure you get more done in less time.
in weekends you can spend extensively with them, so that you can concentrate on work on week days.
