What are some of your main nutrition concerns?
When's tea time?Sorry, only making a joke, couldn't resist.
I am a very active individual and tend to sweat a lot. So, I need to intake more salt and calories then normal. If I don't I tend to get weak and lightheaded as my blood pressure drops from the lack of salt.
I guess my main nutrition concerns are to maximize my nutrient intake while balancing my thyroid hormones since I don't have a thyroid gland.
