i STILL TECHNICALLY WORK FOR A HEALTHCARE COMPANY, BUT HAVE BEEN ON DISABILITY SINCE 2003. WHAT...
CHANCE DO I HAVE OF RETURNING THERE AND/OR TO ANOTHER JOB LIKE THE ONE YOU DESCRIBE ON THIS SITE?
It all depends on the stress level and the ability that you are able to cope with. I do well in this area since I am able to work from home when I need to and my bosses are very understanding about working around things like counseling, doctors appointments and the mood I am in at the time. Working for someone who understands what you are going through is essential to your job and your health and well being. I hope that this being a healthcare company this is your case. The most important thing I can say is STAY ON THE MEDS! I know we don't always want to but when I feel the desire not to comply i just remember what shambles my life was in before I started them and how great of a difference it is now. I have been disabled now for over 12 years. You might also want to check into the Ticket to work program from social security.
