An easy way to calculate is to count back 3 months from the first day of your LMP, then add 7 days. So, if Dec. 11 was the first day of your cycle, you are due Sept. 18.
Weeks are also counted from the first day of your cycle, even though you didn't get pregnant till about two weeks later. That would put you at 8 1/2 weeks.
Here is a pregnancy calender. It states you will be due 17th September. And that tomorrow. Which will be 5th March, you will be 12 weeks. Here is the calculator. It also tells you when you reach your other trimesters.
