    Do you really believe what you're saying? May I better understnad your credentials?

    Mr. Cossaboon. As a well experienced nationally certified trainer I hope you and your "followers" take my comment(s) seriously, though I doubt you will, but here goes...Your perception of fat burning between strength (really not just strength so let's refer to it as resistance training..weight training) and cardio (not necessarily aerobic, fat burning training!) is totally wrong. I and many many of my clients are testimony to my comment. But keep running like crazy and losing muscle also (reference your pic). Thank you.
