I do! If it's warm out...I LOVE running in the rain. If it's cold then I use my home gym or do yoga or Pilates.
You can try weight lifting and strength training that is really an amazing concept. Once you start sweating all that fat out your going to need a bit of sugar. That will help you develop more muscle glycogen and grow taller and stronger. Ok, but once you get started then you have to keep going to avoid loosing mass.
